1. Equipment name: Double position welding robot workstation

3. This equipment is mainly composed of two sets of industrial robots, two sets of gas shielded welder, a dual drive of three-axis rotary positioner and control systems, mainly for the workpiece automatic welding.

-Fully independent multi-joint robot, a wider range of action.
-Full protection functions, other than the mechanical anti-collision sensor as an option can provide servo anti-collision sensor.
-Easy to operate, user-friendly.
-Robot teach pendant is small, light in weight, easy to use. On the teach pendant can be easily Chinese/ English switch. To further ensure safety, install the Dead-Man switch on the teach pendant.
3. The gas shielded welding machine --- OTC DM350
-Fully digital IGBT inverter control CO2 / MAG automatic welding machine
-OTC unique IGBT inverter control technology has greatly increased the main power of the inverter output power up to 80kHz
-OTC newly developed digital electronic reactor control, to achieve high-speed stability of the all-electric watershed welding
-Wide choice of arc characteristics, to meet the full range of needs of different techniques, different operator
-Arc stability is excellent all-position welding
-The new four-wheel drive with encoder feedback control of the wire feeder wire feed more accurate and more stable
-More easily working with the PC, robotics and plane
-Welding performance can be achieved by configuring the CAN communication development
-Full set of standard accessories is including the welding power source, welding torch, welding cable, gas flow regulator
