The machine is applied to pipe and cover welding of various structures of in various industries.
Its on-line Performance is designed as per the on line equipment of the production line.
Applicable and easy to operate even if you are a new user within a short period of time.
The welding gun will always be positioned in the optimum position.
Driven with friction; The necessary balance weight shall be provided for the pipe with DN≥ 600 and which the wall thickness is ≥ 40 to balance the serious eccentricity resulted from bending).
Note: Need spot welding pipe flange previously, then use our machine issue inner and outer seam welding same time to reach 6-8 flanges in 1 hour. Adapt work piece as below:
